FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Leading Boston-based benefits consulting firm chooses chooses Video Benefits Guy to communicate key benefits programs
Scarborough, Maine -Today, David Cleary Group, LLC (dba Video Benefits Guy) announced that Longfellow Benefits of Boston selected its web-based video services to communicate key benefit messages for one of its marquis accounts.
Longfellow, a leading Boston-based benefits consulting firm, contracted with Video Benefits Guy to create a custom benefits video for the employer to distribute online to its approximately 2,000 benefits eligible employees.
Originally, Longfellow and the client's HR team were considering videos from Video Benefits Guy's library of pre-produced modules. Ultimately, the client opted for three custom segments to tackle key areas to increase employee understanding of the company's Wellness offering and its HRA and FSA programs.
"There were specific messages we wanted to deliver regarding wellness initiatives and benefits programs that ultimately impact healthcare costs," said John Flaherty, Senior Vice President at Longellow. "We have seen first-hand with other clients how video production can be cost-prohibitive and time consuming to develop. We needed video services that could be customized but also cost effective to fit within our budget. Video Benefits Guy was able to help us achieve these goals in a short time frame."
Of the finished video, Meghan Cooper, a Longfellow Senior Consultant and the lead project manager noted, "I am thrilled with the final product and excited to share these videos with our client and their employees - I think you did an absolutely fantastic job."
